Jake and the JMJ plumbing team were amazing. We got a second opinion for a blocked sewage line, they went above and beyond to help find the issue and work off the information given by the initial plumber. We engaged JMJ Plumbing after a recommendation from both All Coast Gutter Guard and ARC Metal Roofing to perform some essential drainage work on our property prior to installation of much needed gutter guards to our home. Needless to say we were delighted with quality of the work and customer experience. JMJ Plumbing are highly professional and experts in plumbing and drainage with a high attention to detail at reasonable cost. Drainage issue fixed by JMJ Plumbing. 5*+++ Jake and his team are fantastic. Prompt, professional, customer focused, personable, caring, reassuring which gave me confidence they would do a good job at a reasonable price and they did not disappoint (which included senior discount and 25 year warranty on thier work) I would not hesitate in recommending them for any drainage and plumbing jobs, and I will definitely use them again if needed. From the first moment I contacted Jake, he was very helpful and sent Adam to assess the drainage issues, exacerbated by the recent onslaught of heavy rain on the central coast, and to discuss a suitable solution. Adam was amazing, he definitely knows his trade and mentioned two options, from very basic to get by, and what was really needed to fix the drainage issue including ag pipes, grates, drainage grids all connecting to down pipe drain. (which i went with). He was direct, honest and clearly explained what they needed to do (in a way so that I could understand). He did not gloss over the task. It was a big job. They were in constant contact through the entire process, and as part of the solution they engaged a concreter to lay cement to replace inadequate tiles. They even assisted with sectioning off my garden, and fixed outside taps and installed a small garden irrigation system. Fabulous job, and fabulous guys. Thank you Jake. So happy with the result 🙂. What a refreshing experience where all the worry of plumbing issues is handled quickly and professionally by Jake! New Years Eve and JMJ were the ONLY plumbers that gladly assisted my elderly mum organised with a shower! I know, I rang 8 companies with firm “no”s. Jake knows his trade and offered extra superior advice and service. Brittany took our call and made sure we were looked after. Affordable and honest company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Some of the best people you’ll ever meet, Jake saved my sanity with a waterproofing repair. Also fixed a few other things around my house that needed to be done, but just never found the time to do so. Always on time, great communication and very clean and professional work.
